The disruptions many firms are experiencing as a result of COVID-19 have created logistical challenges including:
- Questions around electronic signatures
- Difficulty meeting in person to execute trust deeds and other documents
- Problems circulating hard copies of documents to various locations
- Delays in document delivery
To help you maintain efficiency and normality where possible, we’ve developed a number of resources to support you and your clients.

Although State and Territory borders have closed, freight and postage services are continuing. So your documents will be delivered and you can order your products from Acis as you normally would. |

| 24 March 2020 | It’s business-as-usual for our clients and you can continue to order products from our portal or download order forms. Your documents will be supplied electronically and packages couriered as per usual. Please advise us of any change to delivery addresses when you order, and otherwise don’t hesitate to contact our team with any queries. We’re monitoring government announcements and will update you regarding any future changes to our services. |
